S&P gives AA- to Hayward Unified School bonds

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to Hayward Unified School District, Calif.'s series 2008 $100 million general obligation bonds.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will fund construction, furnishing and equipping of school facilities.
