New Issue: Hawaii County brings $60 million of general obligation bonds

New York, July 13 - Hawaii County, Hawaii, priced $60 million of series 2010 general obligation bonds (Aa2/AA-/AA-), according to a term sheet.

The sale included $7.95 million of series 2010A tax-exempt bonds and $52.05 million of series 2010B taxable bonds.

The 2010A bonds are due 2015 to 2030 with 4% to 5% coupons. The 2010B bonds are due 2015 to 2030 with coupons from 3.335% to 6.1%, all priced at par.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch was the lead manager.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvement projects.
