Ambassadors International sees no operations or revenues in December

Pittsburgh, Feb. 21 - Ambassadors International, Inc. said it had no operations and recognized no revenues in December, the same as in November, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company recorded $253,443 of cash at Dec. 31, the same as at the end of November.

Ambassadors, a Seattle-based cruise company, filed for bankruptcy on April 1, 2011 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Its Chapter 11 case number is 11-11002.
