3i Debt Management set to price €310 million CLO offering

Tupelo, Miss., Feb. 20 - 3i Debt Management Investments Ltd. plans to sell €310 million of notes in the Harvest VIII CLO Ltd. collateralized loan obligation offering, according to an informed source.

3i, part of London-based 3i Group plc, was in the primary market in August with the €309.6 million Harvest CLO VII Ltd. deal, its first post-financial crisis European CLO transaction.
