Chicago, May 11 – Investcorp Credit Management EU Ltd. refinanced two classes of notes from the Harvest IX CLO Ltd. collateralized loan obligation originally issued in July 2014, according to a notice.
The notes are still due Feb. 15, 2030.
The CLO now contains €294.5 million class A-R-R senior secured floating-rate notes at Euribor plus 68 basis points and €25 million of class B-2-R-R 2% senior secured fixed-rate notes.
Investcorp is the manager of the collateral, primarily consisting of senior secured loans or senior secured bonds.
The CLO was originally issued by 3i Debt Management Investments Ltd.
Investcorp acquired 3i in 2017.
