Moody's may upgrade Hartford

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the A3 senior debt ratings of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. on review for possible upgrade. The outlook is stable.

In its review, the agency will focus on the extent and trend of the group's overall business diversification and the sources of earnings and cash flows from the life and property and casualty operations to the holding company to service Hartford Financial Services' cash needs.
