Metro Hartford County District, Conn., arranges $85 million water bonds

New York, May 29 - The Metropolitan District of Hartford County, Conn., plans to sell $85 million of series 2013A clean water project revenue bonds, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/) will be sold through senior manager J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. The co-managers are Estrada Hinojosa & Co. Inc., Roosevelt & Cross Inc. and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2039.

Proceeds will be used to finance sewer and clean water projects.
