New Issue: Metro District of Hartford County, Conn., sells $152.13 million of BANs

New York, April 3 - The Metropolitan District of Hartford County of Connecticut priced $152,134,000 of series 2012 general obligation bond anticipation notes, according to a term sheet.

The notes were sold competitively with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC winning the bid.

The 2% notes are due Dec. 6, 2012 and were priced to yield 0.12%.

Proceeds will be used to temporarily finance water, sewer and public improvement projects for the district, as well as to refund existing BANs.
