Metropolitan District of Hartford County, Conn., to sell $246.69 million BANs Nov. 28

New York, Nov. 19 - The Metropolitan District of Hartford County, Conn., is scheduled to price $246.69 million of series 2012 general obligation bond anticipation notes on Nov. 28, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $58,928,000 of series 2012A notes and $187,762,000 of series 2012B notes.

The notes (Aa1/AA+/) will be sold competitively with First Southwest Co. as the financial adviser.

The 2012A notes are due Feb. 14, 2013, and the 2012B notes are due June 20, 2013.

Proceeds will be used to finance sewer, water and public improvement projects for the city and county of Hartford.
