New Issue: Metropolitan District of Hartford County, Conn., sells $102.13 million of BANs

New York, Sept. 28 - The Metropolitan District of Hartford County, Conn., priced on Wednesday $102.134 million of series 2011 general obligation bond anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.
The offering included $42.134 million of notes due April 16, 2012, with a 1.5% coupon priced at 100.702 to yield 0.175%, and $60 million of notes due April 16, 2012, with a 1% coupon to yield 0.17%.
The notes (Aa1/AA+) were sold competitively with J.P. Morgan Securities LLC winning the bid.
Proceeds will be used to refund the district's BANs, which are due Oct. 5, 2011.
