New York, Oct. 21 - The Metropolitan District of Hartford, Conn., sold $60 million in series 2009 general obligation bond anticipation notes on Wednesday, according to a term sheet.
The bonds (/SP-1+/) were sold on a competitive basis. Calls to the district for the winning bidder were not immediately returned.
The bonds are due July 15, 2010 and have a 1.5% coupon, priced at 100.76.
Proceeds will be used to fund general capital expenditures ahead of a subsequent bond sale.
