Metropolitan District of Hartford, Conn., to bring $60 million BANs

New York, Oct. 13 - The Metropolitan District of Hartford, Conn., is set to sell $60 million in series 2009 general obligation bond anticipation notes on Oct. 21, according to a notice of sale.

The notes (/SP-1+/) will be sold competitively with First Southwest Co. as the financial adviser.

The BANs are due July 15, 2010.

Proceeds will be used to fund general capital expenditures ahead of a subsequent bond sale.
