S&P: Harsco view now negative

Standard & Poor's said it revised its outlook on Harsco Corp. to negative from stable and affirmed the ratings on Harsco, including the BB+ corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision reflects our view of the increased uncertainty regarding the company's prospects for a turnaround with the departure of its CEO, who we believe was driving those efforts," said S&P credit analyst Sol Samson in a news release.
