By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., March 27 - Harron Communications, LP talked a $225 million offering of eight-year senior notes (Caa1/B-) to yield 9% to 9¼%, an informed source said on Tuesday.

The books close at 1 p.m. ET on Wednesday, and the deal is set to price thereafter.

SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A for life notes come with four years of call protection.

The Frazer, Pa.-based cable services provider plans to use the proceeds to fund the redemption of the remaining 25% equity interest of BV Investment Partners and to repay a portion of its outstanding term loans.
