Harris plans principal-protected CDs linked to S&P 500

Des Moines, April 4 - Harris NA plans to price principal-protected certificates of deposit linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a term sheet.

If the index closes more than 11% above or below its initial level during the life of the notes, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, the payout will be 111% of par.

The notes are expected to price on April 24 and settle on April 30.
