Bolloré ups stake in Harris Interactive to 14.84%

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 24 - Harris Interactive, Inc. investors Vincent Bolloré and Financière de Sainte-Marine bought 667,053 shares, raising their stake in the company to 14.84%, from 13.63% on Sept. 5.

The shares were acquired between Sept. 10 and Sept. 22 at prices from $1.6400 to $1.8994 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bolloré and his affiliates beneficially own 7,979,925 shares of the Rochester, N.Y., market research, polling and consulting firm.
