Bolloré acquires 438,207 shares of Harris Interactive

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 5 - Harris Interactive, Inc. investor Vincent Bolloré bought 438,207 shares, raising his stake in the company to 13.63%.

The shares were acquired between Aug. 13 and Sept. 5 at prices from $1.40 to $1.89 each, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bolloré and his affiliates beneficially own 7,312,872 shares of the Rochester, N.Y., market research, polling and consulting firm.
