Fitch rates Harris County Flood Control, Texas, bonds AA+/F1+
Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AA+/F1+ rating to Harris County Flood Control District, Texas' $156.27 million of contract tax refunding bonds, series 2008B.
The outlook is stable.
The short-term rating is based on a standby purchase agreement from Dexia Credit Local, New York Branch.
