Harris County Flood, Texas, to sell $160 million bonds Thursday

New York, Nov. 3 - The Harris County Flood Control District in Texas plans to sell its previously announced $160 million in series 2008C contract tax refunding bonds on Thursday, according to a calendar of offerings.

The bonds (Aa1/AAA/) will be sold through lead managers Citigroup Global Markets and Siebert Brandford Shank & Co.

The bonds are due 2009 to 2024.

Proceeds will refund the district's series 2008B contract tax refunding bonds.
