Harris County Cultural to sell $139.92 million of Baylor College bonds

New York, April 18 – The Harris County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas is set to price $139.92 million of series 2016 medical facilities mortgage revenue refunding bonds for the Baylor College of Medicine, said a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A/) will be sold through senior managers BofA Merrill Lynch and Barclays.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to refund the corporation’s series 2008D revenue bonds.
