New Issue: Harris County, Texas, sells $204.73 million of bonds for Baylor College

New York, Aug. 21 - The Harris County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas sold $204,725,000 of series 2012A medical facilities mortgage revenue refunding bonds for the Baylor College of Medicine, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/A-/) were sold through Barclays and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Proceeds will be used to refund outstanding bonds.
