Harris County Cultural Education, Texas, to sell $69.34 million bonds for Memorial Hermann

New York, Nov. 9 - The Harris County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corp. of Texas is set to bring to market $69.335 million of series 2010A hospital revenue refunding bonds on behalf of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A2/A+/) will be sold through RBC Capital Markets Corp.

The bonds are due 2011 to 2020 with a term bond due 2024.

Proceeds will be used to refund Memorial Hermann's series 1997B bonds.

Based in Houston, the corporation provides funding for nonprofit educational and health care projects. Memorial Hermann is based in Houston.
