Hapoalim hires O'Hara, Winter as senior vice presidents, convertibles

Madison, Wis., Sept. 8 - Hapoalim Securities USA, Inc. said it is has appointed Daniel F. O'Hara, III and Scott W. Winter to its institutional convertible team.

O'Hara and Winter will be based in New York and will report to Andrew H. Pritchard, managing director and head of the convertible securities division.

O'Hara joins Hapoalim as a senior vice president and institutional salesperson in the convertible securities division.

He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry and was previously an institutional salesperson at Access Global Partners.

Prior to that, O'Hara worked as an institutional salesperson for Jessup & Lamont and J. Giordano Securities Group and as an institutional bond broker at First Brokers Securities and Tullet Tokyo, Liberty Patriot Securities.

Winter joins Hapoalim Securities also as a senior vice president and institutional salesperson in the convertible securities division with more than 30 years of financial markets experience.

Previously, Winter worked at BGC Partners / EuroBrokers, Tradition - Asiel and Rodman & Renshaw.

Hapoalim Securities USA is a New York Stock Exchange broker/dealer specializing in value added investment strategy services and products for institutional and high net worth private investors. The New York-based firm is a subsidiary of Bank Hapoalim BM in Israel.
