Hannon Armstrong begins offer of 3.85 million shares of common stock

Charlotte, N.C., June 15 – Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. began a public offering of 3,850,000 shares of common stock, according to a news release.

The offer includes a 30-day greenshoe for 577,500 additional shares.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Baird are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.

Hannon Armstrong is a specialty finance company based in Annapolis, Md., that provides debt and equity financing for infrastructure projects in the energy efficiency and renewable energy markets.
