Hannon Armstrong prices $90 million public sale of its stock at $18

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 14 – Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. priced its public offering of 5 million shares of common stock at $18 per share.

The offer includes a 30-day greenshoe of 750,000 additional shares.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities are acting as joint bookrunners for the offering.

Baird and Roth Capital Partners are acting as co-managers.

Hannon Armstrong is a specialty finance company based in Annapolis, Md., that provides debt and equity financing for infrastructure projects.
