Morgan Stanley plans U.S. and international equity allocation notes

Tacoma, Wash., June 1 - Morgan Stanley plans to price U.S. and international equity allocation market-linked notes due June 2019 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket is composed of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Hang Seng index.

The index with the best performance on the determination date will be assigned a weighting of 85%, the index with the second best performance will be assigned a weighting of 15% and the index with the worst performance will be assigned a weighting of zero. The determination date will fall in June 2019.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the basket return and 7%.

The notes (Cusip: 61755S313) will price and settle in June.
