Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 28 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $1.1 million of 0% barrier Accelerated Market Participation Securities due Aug. 28, 2019 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 3 times any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 28.25%.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the index finishes below the 80% barrier.
