New Issue: HSBC sells $277,000 buffered uncapped market notes on Hang Seng China

Chicago, April 29 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $277,000 of 0% leveraged buffered uncapped market participation securities due April 30, 2020 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.2 times any gain in the index.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 15%.
