JPMorgan plans capped return enhanced notes linked to Hang Seng China

Chicago, April 21 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% capped return enhanced notes due July 29, 2015 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to an FWP with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 20.5%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 24 and settle on April 29.

The Cusip number is 48125UNZ1.
