New Issue: HSBC prices $622,000 leveraged buffered notes linked to Hang Seng China

Madison, Wis., March 25 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $622,000 of 0% leveraged buffered uncapped market participation securities due March 27, 2020 linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is greater than zero, the payout at maturity will be par plus 120% of the index return. Investors will receive par if the index falls by 15% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
