Goldman Sachs plans digital notes linked to Hang Seng China Enterprises

Chicago, May 23 - Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price 0% digital notes linked to the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are expected to mature between 15 and 17 months after pricing.
If the index finishes at or above the 90% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be maximum settlement amount of $1,100 to $1,115 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1111% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
