Hanger Orthopedic $200 million seven-year notes talked at 10 3/8%-10 5/8%

St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 7 - Official price talk of 10 3/8%-10 5/8% was heard Thursday on Hanger Orthopedic Group's offering of $200 million senior notes due 2009 (B2/B-), according to a syndicate source.

The deal is scheduled to price Friday, according to the source.

Lehman Brothers, J.P. Morgan and Salomon Smith Barney are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A notes. BNP Paribas is co-manager.

The securities are non-callable for four years.
