Korea's Hanaro Telecom appoints UBS, JP Morgan for investor update roadshow

New York, June 24 - Hanaro Telecom Inc (Ba2/BB) has appointed UBS Investment Bank and JP Morgan to set up a global roadshow during the weeks beginning June 27 and July 4, according to a market source.

The roadshow starts in New York on Thursday, followed by London on Friday, then stops July 4 in Hong Kong and wraps up July 5 in Singapore.

The roadshow will update investors on recent developments as well as provide the company feedback on its existing bonds.

Senior management will represent the company.

Hanaro, based in Seoul, Korea, is a broadband and fixed line operator.
