New Issue: Hana Mining announces C$2.5 million private placement of equity units

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 9 - Hana Mining Ltd. said it plans a C$2.5 million non-brokered private placement of units.

The company will sell 4,545,455 units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$0.55 apiece. Each whole warrant is exercisable at C$1.00 for 18 months.

Hana is a mineral exploration company based in Vancouver, B.C.
