Hawthorns Golf trustee makes two additions to club members committee

By Kali Hays

New York, Feb. 19 - The U.S. Trustee for Hamilton Proper Partners Golf Partnership, LP, which does business as Hawthorns Golf & Country Club, appointed two new members to its unsecured club members committee and removed one, according to two Wednesday filings with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.

The new members are Rich Block and Dave Bego, both of Fishers, Ind. The removed member is Chad Owen, also of Fishers, Ind. No reason was stated in the filings for the change.

The remaining members are Brit Killinger, Jim Ratliff, Russell S. Dilley, Dan Hutmacher and James Martin, all of Fishers, Ind. With the two additions the committee is up to seven members from six.

Hamilton Proper, the Indianapolis-based owner of private membership golf club Hawthorns, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 24. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-00461.
