New Issue: Hamilton County, Ohio, brings $69.89 million of convention center bonds

New York, Nov. 21 – The Hamilton County Convention Facilities Authority of Ohio sold $69.89 million of series 2014 revenue refunding and improvement bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (A2/A/) were sold through senior manager Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2033 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.42% to 3.6% yields.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital improvements to the convention center, as well as to refund and redeem the authority’s series 2004 revenue bonds.
