New Issue: Hamilton County, Ohio, brings $324.09 million bonds for Christ Hospital

New York, June 22 - Hamilton County, Ohio, sold $324,085,000 of series 2012 health care facilities revenue bonds for The Christ Hospital, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Baa1/BBB+/) were sold through RBC Capital Markets LLC.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2030 with term bonds due in 2032 and 2042. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5.25%. The 2032 bonds have a split maturity with a 4.8% coupon priced at 99.869 and a 5.25% coupon priced at 103.438. The 2042 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 98.772, a 5% coupon priced at 101.403 and a 5.5% coupon priced at 104.19.
Proceeds will be used to construct and acquire an orthopedic and spine center at the Chicago-based hospital's Auburn Avenue facility.
