New York, Oct. 25 - Hamilton County in Tennessee sold $86.445 million of series 2011 general obligation and G.O. refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/AAA) were sold competitively, but the issuer did not return calls requesting the winning bidder.
The offering includes $64.88 million of series 2011A G.O. bonds and $21.565 million of series 2011B G.O. refunding bonds.
The 2011A bonds are due 2013 to 2027 with coupons from 3% to 5%. The 2011B bonds are due 2013 to 2032 with 3% to 5% coupons.
Proceeds will be used to construct, design, acquire and equip school and governmental projects, as well as to repay outstanding commercial paper notes and refund the county's series 2004 G.O. bonds.
