New York, Aug. 12 - The Town of Hamden in Connecticut sold Thursday $51.725 million in series 2010 general obligation bond anticipation notes, said a pricing sheet.
The notes are due Aug. 24, 2011 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.435.
The notes were sold competitively. Calls to the issuer for the winning bidder were not immediately returned.
Webster Bank, NA was the financial adviser.
Proceeds will be used to refinance BANs that are due Aug. 25, 2010. The rest will be used to finance school and town projects.
