New York, Feb. 7 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $100,000 of buffered return optimization securities due Feb. 12, 2020 linked to Halliburton Co. stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If Halliburton stock closes at or above its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus five times any gain, capped at par plus 12.61%.
If Halliburton stock declines by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 10%.
