Des Moines, April 18 - Amanta Resources Ltd. priced a private placement of units for up to C$2 million.
The company plans to sell up to 6.25 million units of one share and one half-share warrant at C$0.32 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$0.45 for 18 months.
Proceeds will be used for drilling and working capital.
Amanta is a Vancouver, B.C.-based mineral exploration company focused on properties in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
