China's Guotai Junan Securities sets roadshow for dollar notes

Atlanta, May 9 - China's Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. will set out on May 12 for a roadshow to market a dollar-denominated offering of notes, a market source said.

Bank of China, Guotai Junan Securities, HSBC, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank SinoPac, Mizuho Securities, Standard Chartered Bank and Wing Lung Bank are leading the marketing trip.

A Regulation S deal is expected to follow.

Guotai Junan is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
