China's Guotai Junan sets up HK$2 billion medium-term note program

Madison, Wis., June 25 - Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. launched a HK$2 billion medium-term note program, according to a notice.

Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. is the arranger.

Notes may be issued under the program within 12 months of June 25.

The company said it will offer notes to professional investors.

Listing of the program is expected to occur on Wednesday.

Guotai Junan is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
