China’s Guotai Junan renews HK$35 billion medium-term note program

Buffalo, N.Y., July 17 – Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd. relisted its HK$35 billion one-year medium-term note program, according to a listing notice with an appended offering circular on Monday.

Guotai Junan Securities (Hong Kong) Ltd. is again the sole arranger and dealer for the Regulation S program.

Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch is the fiscal agent, CMU lodging agent, paying agent and registrar for program drawdowns.

King & Wood Mallesons will advise Guotai in its capacity as issuer, with Linklaters advising the arranging subsidiary.

The relisted program became effective on the Hong Kong Exchange on July 14.

Guotai Junan is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company.
