New York, Nov. 4 - Abbey National Treasury Services plc priced $1.5 billion of 3.875% five-year notes on Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 150 basis points, a source away from the deal said.
The Rule 144A notes (Aa3/AA/AA-) priced at 99.977 to yield 3.88% and are non-callable.
Barclays Capital and Credit Suisse Securities ran the books.
The financial services company is based in London.
