New Issue: GS Finance prices $617,000 notes linked to Nasdaq, iShares MSCI Emerging Markets

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 17 – GS Finance Corp. priced $617,000 of 0% underlier-linked notes due Sept. 12, 2024 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each asset’s final level is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.9 times the return of the lesser performing asset. If the final level of either asset is less than its initial level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser performing asset declines from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
