Atlanta, May 8 - Mexico's Grupo Televisa SAB priced a Ps. 6.5 billion issue of 7¼% 30-year notes (Baa1//BBB+) at 99.733 to yield 7.27%, or Treasuries plus 185 basis points, a market source said.
Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners for the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered deal.
The notes include a make-whole call and have a change-of-control put at 101%.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Televisa is a Mexico City-based mass media company.
