Mexico's Televisa plans peso-denominated notes with four dealers

Atlanta, April 26 - Mexico's Grupo Televisa SAB is planning to issue peso-denominated bonds with Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, HSBC and Morgan Stanley, according to a company filing.

The Securities and Exchange Commission-registered notes will include a make-whole call and a change-of-control put at 101%.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Televisa is a Mexico City-based mass media company.
