Moody's: Supervielle notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned B1 local-currency and B2 foreign-currency global issuer ratings to Grupo Supervielle SA and B1 global local-currency debt ratings to the company's proposed Ps. 200 million of senior notes. The first tranche will be up to Ps. 100 million and will mature in 2011. The second trance will mature in 2012.

Latin America assigned Aa3.ar local- and foreign-currency national scale ratings to the company and Aa3.ar local- and foreign currency debt ratings to the notes.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the ratings reflect the company's consistent profitability indicators and its low debt levels and leverage as a standalone holding company.
