Mexico’s Pappel Scribe to redeem 8 7/8% notes due 2020 on Dec. 30

New York, Nov. 30 – Bio Pappel Scribe, SA de CV said it will redeem all of its 8 7/8% senior guaranteed notes due 2020 on Dec. 30.

The company, formerly known as Grupo Papelero Scribe, SA de CV, will pay 102.958% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date, according to a notice.

Bio Pappel is a Mexico City-based manufacturer of writing and printing paper.
